Abby answers the phone and runs the office, and many problems get solved right there on the phone: a lock button left on at the wall control, dirty or misaligned safety sensors, a tripped GFCI outlet, the manual lock engaged, or a remote with a dead battery. When the door needs hands-on work, Michael comes out himself and gives you the price in writing before he starts. Before he leaves, he programs your remotes and shows you how to open the door by hand if the power goes out.

- Hours: We're closed on Shabbat and Jewish holidays; on Fridays we close 2 hours before Shabbat. After Shabbat and holidays end, we answer the phone and handle urgent calls when a technician is available. Nights, Sundays and holidays add $75.
