Outstanding customer service, professional repair work & fair prices. Called them on a weekend, Nati, the repair guy, showed up promptly at the designated time (and even called ten minutes before arriving!) was very courteous, gave us an estimate, ordered the parts and returned the following day to perfectly repair a broken spring. Clearly, there are still reliable companies out there.

Called them again for a callback on the job. Mike showed up the same day and repaired the issue which was actually my nieces fault... We did offer to pay but he would not accept and did it for free. I am very happy and satisfied with one stop garage doors. And really thank them for their honesty and good service. Would recommend them to anyone I know! Thanks guys

Great company. Great workers. Honestly I've never dealt with such a professional company. They were ready to come and install door the same day. Called in for my grandma's garage. The entire door fell apart and there was no way of moving it. It's a huge double car garage and I was surprised by how good their technicians handled it. We had 2 cars inside and were very worried. But they worked very carefully on taking it down, brought a new one the same day and installed it. Price was affordable compare to the other quotes I got. Couldn't be happier with the service the professionalism and the quality. It's my second time using them and will definitely recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you guys!!!

When I needed a second visit due to my receiver wires not working I contacted 1stop garage doors and from the phone service help to John the technician coming to acesss our issue. The experience was nothing short of pleasant. John was very professional and courteous and answered all of my questions, aside from the excellent repair work. I'm glad to know there is a company that still has integrity and puts the customer first.

Stopped by to check out the garage doors display. Trying to help my dad get a new garage door before it's too late. The reps at one stop are very helpful they walked me through step by step on all the different designs and windows. Prices are very affordable and technicians are very professional. They were able to put on the schedule for the installation right away. Very happy with them!

I really didn't know who to turn to for my garage door repair. I just searched the internet and came across 1 stop garage door company. They did a fantastic job from the scheduling at a time convenient for me, to the repairman Adi who was obviously highly trained and experienced. So I think in the long run I saved alot of money by just repairing the garage door instead of replacing it which I was considering to do. I highly recommend this company.
